Define the market conditions before the model
Africa is not one technical specification. Importers should identify destination country, nominal voltage and frequency, local climate, target customer segment, installation environment and service capability before choosing the final product platform.
Verify high-ambient and voltage claims by model
Do not assume every unit is T3 or wide-voltage. Ask for the exact operating range and electrical specification of the model being quoted. Where grid conditions are challenging, align product selection with local installation practices and protection requirements.
Build a distributor range that can be serviced
A focused assortment is usually easier to stock and support than many unrelated platforms. Standardize key capacities, remote controls and frequently used spare parts where possible, and keep the approved specification for repeat orders.
Compliance and documentation are destination-specific
Energy labels, conformity programs and import documentation can change. Confirm current requirements for the destination and selected model before shipment rather than relying on a permanent generic claim.
Use evidence when qualifying a supplier
Production-line, QC, packing and loading evidence can support supplier due diligence. Combine it with order-specific inspection requirements and clearly approved technical documents.
Standard MOQ: 100 units per model. Pricing is by quotation.
