Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per model. OEM/ODM tooling, packaging, certification and other project-specific requirements are confirmed in the factory quotation.

Yes. WNOTECH AFRICA is a full-service OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can apply your brand logo, custom color schemes, packaging design, and user manual translations. Our branding team will provide a mock-up for approval before production begins.

We support a wide range of customizations including: brand logo & color, remote control design, packaging artwork, voltage & frequency settings (110V/60Hz for Americas, 220V/50Hz for Europe/Asia, etc.), refrigerant type (R32 or R410A), Wi-Fi module integration, and custom BTU configurations.

For standard OEM (logo & packaging only), lead time is 25–35 days after artwork approval. For ODM projects involving structural modifications, development typically takes 60–90 days including tooling, prototyping, and testing. We provide a detailed project timeline at the start of each engagement.

Our products are certified to international standards including CE (Europe), CB (global safety), RoHS (environmental compliance), SASO (Saudi Arabia), TUV (Germany), and ISO 9001 (quality management). We can provide full technical documentation and test reports upon request.

T3 tropical configurations are available on selected models, with operating ranges specified on each model data sheet. Tell us your destination market and ambient-temperature requirement so we can quote the appropriate configuration.

We offer both R32 (low GWP, eco-friendly, increasingly required in Europe and Australia) and R410A options. R32 is our recommended choice for new projects due to its lower environmental impact and higher energy efficiency. We can also accommodate R22 replacement units for specific markets.

Voltage and frequency are configured by model and destination market. Standard model data sheets list the applicable power supply, while selected configurations can be quoted for wider voltage conditions. Please specify the destination country and required voltage/frequency in your inquiry.

Anti-corrosion configurations are available for coastal and high-humidity applications. The exact fin coating, salt-spray test requirement and cabinet specification should be confirmed for the selected model in the quotation and technical data sheet.

Please include the model or BTU requirement, quantity per model (standard MOQ 100), destination country/port, voltage/frequency, refrigerant and OEM requirements.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union for smaller orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners with established credit history, we can discuss more flexible arrangements.

Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk production. Sample units are available at standard unit price plus shipping. Sample lead time is 7–14 days. The sample cost is fully refundable or deductible from your first bulk order of 100+ units.

We ship from Xiamen and Fuzhou ports in Fujian, China. Standard shipping terms are FOB Xiamen or CIF to your destination port. We work with major freight forwarders and can assist with sea freight, air freight, and door-to-door delivery arrangements.

Standard production lead time is 25–35 days after deposit confirmation and artwork approval. For urgent orders, we maintain a stock of popular models (9K, 12K, 18K BTU) that can ship within 7–10 days. Please contact us for current stock availability.

All units are packed in double-wall corrugated cartons with foam corner protection and moisture-proof inner bags. Outer cartons are marked with standard export markings. We can customize packaging with your brand artwork. For container loads, we provide detailed packing lists and loading plans.

We provide a standard 2-year warranty on compressors and 1-year warranty on all other parts. Extended warranty options are available for OEM partners. We supply spare parts including PCB boards, motors, remote controls, and filters. A spare parts kit can be included with bulk orders.

Yes. We provide complete technical documentation including installation manuals, service manuals, wiring diagrams, and exploded parts lists. All documents are available in English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Arabic. Custom language translations can be arranged for large OEM orders.

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and third-party audits (SGS, BV, Intertek, etc.). Our factory in Fujian, China is open for inspection by appointment. We can also arrange pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by your nominated inspection agency.
